My name is Jackie Paul and I am the owner and practitioner of Body Renewal & Rejuvenation.  I’m a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist, and  I am also a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals.

We opened our doors in April 2013—marking the end of my 30-year stint in the corporate world, struggling with pain and tension nearly each day at my desk.  I began my personal healing process by finding a massage therapist and a chiropractor who provided simple stretches and exercises that helped immensely, warding off pain and tension while instilling awareness of my own body.  In 2011 I decided that I wanted – and needed – to leave the corporate world so I could share my approach to pain relief and transformative healing.

My signature Massage Therapy technique will help you reclaim your strength and energy to enjoy an active, full life! In one of my sessions, you will experience one or more of the following: Therapeutic Massage, Cupping, use of Vibrational Sound Therapy.
